Missed me?

I know I said I would do this everyday but that was clearly too high of an expectation. I think I am just stuck in a bit a rut. It doesn't help that school burned me out and all I want to do right now or any day really, is nothing. Absolutely blissful nothing. I know I could be writing book reviews right now, I read enough, but guess what? Book reviews would entail doing something more than nothing (no this post doesn't count  since it takes little to no refined brain power). Anyway, your fun fact of the day:

Did you know?
Cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and broccoli were all created through human cultivation and all descended from wild kale

No quote today. Well, maybe one later but we all know the probability of that happening seeing as it means doing more than nothing twice in a day. And I'm not sure if my brain can handle that strain just yet
(encase it was not clear, that was what some might call a joke, a very poor joke, but I'm not all too funny on my best days and today is definitely not my best)
See ya in never land!
P.s. Cool goodbye catch phrase am I right? Or am I right?

Hola,

Here is your daily dose of quotes and fun facts,

Did You Know?

The plural of stadium is stadia

AND. . .a quote about dreams by T.E. Lawrence

"All men dream, but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds, wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act on their dreams with open eyes, to make them possible."

oops i missed the ninth, well, no one is prefect. . .

Here is your daily dose of quotes and fun facts,
(maybe someday, I will actually post something that i longer than a paragraph, like say a book review, but that day is not today)

Quote by Lily Tomlin:
"I always wanted to be somebody, but now I realize I should have been more specific"

I figured, people could use a nice smile

Fun Fact
Calvin Klein's Obsession cologne, is the cologne scientists use to attract an entire pack of wild cats.

Unfortunately, scientists do not have the same conclusive data for humans wanting to attract a horde of other humans, possibly of the other sex. Basically: Guys you are outta luck.

My last Post was kind of a lie

Sorry readers, but remember the last post that said my hiatus was over? Yeah, well, it may be true that I have time to write here, but what to write, is the question.
My apologies for the lack of posting despite the fact that my supposed hiatus was supposedly over.

I do plan on trying to at least put one cool fact or one quote on this here blog, like right now:

Did You Know?
A grouping of Tigers is, rather appropriately, called an ambush. (or a streak)

AND
this quote by Ronald Regan:

"We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone"

My Hiatus is Finally Over

Dear my (now) two readers,

My AP exam is finally over!
I can once again post on this blog o' mine.
However, my mental capabilities, I believe, stopped fully functioning now that the big test is out of the way.
A prime example of this, is how it is taking my more than five minutes to write this short post.
Most likely my posts will only (if at all) consist of cool quotes or silly facts.
Goodbye and good day,

My Friend's Blog

An extremely close friend of mine had wanted to start a website of her own, but she gave up because it was too hard and really frustrating, but when she saw my blog on blogger, she thought it was the perfect template and very easy (which it is). SO.. . . .*drum roll* My friend created her own very own blog on blogger!!!

Her username is Sin Panther, and her blog's name is Silver Rays.

She just started so she, like myself, has not posted much yet but please check it out, it is very awesome. My friend is a great writer who created her blog to get her voice and previous written works out into the world.

WARNING, and my apologies

I am sorry to inform the one reader I have (lol), that I have an AP, Advanced Placement, exam for world history coming up in a day more than a week, so my posts will be infrequent till after that terrrible, terrible, horrible, despicable, standardized tests.
Speaking of standardized tests, I am currently writing a pro vs. con of standardized testing.
what are your thoughts on the subject? Yay or Nay the big state/national tests?

Also, as a parting gesture here is another quote that is OH SO full of wisdom:

"A day without sunshine is like, you know, night."

and another one, because I am not sure if that counted

"Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."
Mahatma Gandhi

No entirely sure who said this, but I feel its so truthful

"Your present circumstances don't determine where you can go; they merely determine where you start."

Great Einstein Quote

“Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid.”

― Albert Einstein

Welcome!

Hello Asgardian Readers,
For anyone who may be wondering, no, this is not a blog about Thor or his universe (even though I do enjoy comic book heroes), the reason for the name is just that I did not know what else to call it, hopefully, this will change when I find a better and more appropiate title. If any one reading this has a suggestion please feel free to post it in the comment section.
What this blog is about, well, nothing in particular. I will be posting written works of mine that you can read by clicking on a certain page in the pages box. However, I will also be posting things from a simple quote to a book review or recomendation, sometimes even my own thoughts on my day.
All I can really hope for is that my blog can in some way reach through the screen to the readers on their computers, where ever that may be.

P.S. Tarepanda is an adorable Japanese cartoon panda, he is so lazy he just rolls around to get to places. I change my profile picture to a picture of him as an "angel" but unsure if it loaded. Hope you all have agreat day!
